SteelHead (Jackie Chan) is an immigrant from China to enter Shinjuku, Japan. He went there purposely to look for his girlfriend, Xiu Xiu. However Xiu Xiu married to a head of ganster. So he had to find his way to survive in Shinjuku. Jie (Daniel Wu) helped him at the beginning but he was attacked by Taiwanese gangster and got injured. Since after that, Jie been so rebellious.
